The track coach for our cross town rival used to ride a bike, we used to tease them about their coach. Although to be fair our coach ran with the kids he could keep up with. Our rivals coach would work his way around to all the kids to make sure he spent time with all of them.

I really don't run much. I tore up my knee pretty bad in college. It was either stop running or get surgery. It's a good thing these are middle-schoolers!
